Job Description

Objective

Conceptualization and deployment of territory strategies aligned with region & country strategy, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business.

Key Responsibilities

Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, Resource Management, Sales Proficiency, ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members.

Overall

  • Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography.
  • Responsible for driving market programs and market shares.
  • Appointing the Distributors and Stock points.
  • Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors.
  • Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery and distribution metrics.
  • Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
  • Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
  • Attending negotiations and closing orders.
  • Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking.
  • Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers.
  • Train executives to upskill them for future TM role.

Experience and Qualification

  • 05–10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales
  • Bachelor's degree – any discipline
