Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on engineer with CAD proficiency, standards expertise (IEC/IS), and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional development.
Overall
- Translate market and customer requirements into detailed design specifications.
- Own schematic, layout, and BOM creation while adhering to compliance standards.
- Run design validation through simulation, prototyping, and lab testing.
- Partner with manufacturing to optimise tooling, material selection, and yield.
- Support regulatory approvals, documentation, and change management.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices and review deliverables.
Experience and Qualification
- 6+ years in electrical product design
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)
