Job Description
Objective
To execute and manage MEPF services efficiently through strong coordination, technical expertise, cost control, and compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical/Electrical engineering professional with strong expertise in MEPF execution, familiar with HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrification systems in large construction projects.
Overall
- Co-ordination with MEPF Consultant, Architect, Contractors & other agencies.
- Development of vendors for various products from quality aspect point of view.
- Experience of large size construction project.
- Familiar with execution of Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Utilities Piping, Water System, and Electrifications including BMS & Piping related project work.
- Good knowledge of drawing study.
- Familiar with execution, testing and commissioning of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting System), services, and equipment — HVAC & Piping related equipment such as AHUs, Air conditioning Indoor/Outdoor Units, Pumps, Ducting, Piping, Insulations, Fire Fighting, Water System, Electrical equipment including Electrification work.
- Controlling of the cost for MEPF related & allied works.
- Overall project coordination and management for timely completion within the budgeted cost.
- Verification and Certification of the Bills.
- Adherence of safety norms during execution of project.
- Timely execution of the Project.
- Tender Preparation of all utilities, engineering services, technical evaluation of all the vendor and appointment of agencies.
Experience and Qualification
- 5–10+ years for B.E. and 15 years for Diploma (Mech/Elect) for handling various types of MEP services executions
- B.E. Mechanical / Electrical (Mechanical more preferable)
