Job Description

Objective

Own and drive the brand's narrative, packaging strategy, trade visibility, and demand generation across ATL supportive BTL, digital, and CRM ecosystems. Lead integrated brand-building and performance-marketing efforts that convert awareness into measurable channel pull, electrician engagement, and retail throughput. Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams (sales, product, channel, and agencies) to deliver sustained business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic brand marketer with expertise in packaging innovation, performance marketing, data-driven decisioning, and vendor/agency leadership. Strong grasp of marketing analytics and compliance rigor.

Overall

  • Brand Strategy: Own brand positioning, narrative, identity systems, and integrated campaigns.
  • Packaging: Lead packaging strategy, innovation, compliance, and retail visibility.
  • Trade Marketing: Drive POSM, visibility assets, planograms, and promotions.
  • BTL Activation: Execute standardized on-ground activations, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Digital Marketing: Own performance marketing, content, influencers, and analytics.
  • CRM & Loyalty: Lead CRM-driven electrician/retailer loyalty programs and lifecycle engagement.
  • Insights & Governance: Define KPIs and translate consumer, trade, and competitive insights.

Experience and Qualification

  • 10+ years in brand/marketing roles with exposure to packaging & BTL; electricals/FMCG/Durables preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Brand Management (preferred). Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, GA4, CRM, and packaging development.
