Job Description

Objective

To achieve sales growth and market expansion for the cables division through strategic planning, key account management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales professional with deep knowledge of industrial cable products, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of closing high-value deals.

Overall

  • Develop, execute, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Continuously analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize business strategies.
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of the company's cable products to effectively position them in the market.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Experience and Qualification

  • 08+ years of sales experience in the selling of Industrial Products. Experience of Cables sales will be added advantage.
  • B.E. (Electrical) is preferred; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM/PGP) preferred
