Job Description

Objective

Develop and execute growth plans to scale wires and FMEG verticals across B2B and B2C segments while sustaining profitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Self-driven professional with deep product knowledge, financial acumen, customer relationship skills, and the ability to mentor junior teammates.

Overall

  • Own revenue delivery for the assigned geography across top-line and bottom-line.
  • Design and implement trade programs, influencer activations, and market share initiatives.
  • Recruit and manage distributors along with the downstream dealer network.
  • Maintain trade hygiene through disciplined execution, channel mix, and distribution metrics.
  • Lead the territory team, ensuring adherence to coverage norms and governance.
  • Build trusted relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, and channel stakeholders.
  • Coordinate supply chain stakeholders to sustain availability and manage sales logistics.
  • Support hiring and retention of Territory Managers (TM) while monitoring performance and attrition.

Experience and Qualification

  • 2 – 5 years in Wires/FMEG sales
  • Bachelor's degree — any stream
