Job Description

Objective

Develop strategies and implement plans to grow wires and FMEG categories from ground-up, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business.

Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, growth vision, go-getter mindset, ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members.

Overall

  • Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography.
  • Responsible for driving market programs — trade schemes, influencer engagement, etc.; and market shares.
  • Appointing the Distributors, and Sub Dealers/Retailers under Distributors.
  • Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery and distribution metrics.
  • Lead territory teams and ensure market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
  • Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain and manage sales logistics.
  • Monitor attrition and support in recruitment of Territory Managers (TM).

Experience and Qualification

  • 10+ years in Wires/FMEG Sales
  • Bachelor's degree – any discipline; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM/PGP) preferred
