Job Description

Objective

Develop and execute strategies to grow wires and FMEG categories in B2B segment, focusing on institutional clients, corporate accounts, and large-scale projects. Drive profitable growth through strong business relationships, project-based sales, and channel development in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities

Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, and a Go-getter mindset.

Overall

  • Achieve top and bottom-line targets for assigned geography in B2B segment.
  • Identify and acquire corporate clients, institutional buyers, and project contractors.
  • Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans, including pricing, trade terms, and credit policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure compliance with trade discipline, project timelines, and distribution metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, logistics, and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Support recruitment and training of Territory Managers (TM) for B2B operations.

Experience and Qualification

  • 10–15 years in B2B Sales within Wires/FMEG or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree – any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. Proven track record in institutional sales, project management, and corporate client handling.
